RAYPO Co., Ltd. was incorporated on 31 January 2024 under the Taipei City Government, with unified business number 93648209.

Our work falls into four lines: consulting and assessment, design and build, in-house drone hardware, and drone field services.

Where we started

RAYPO combines two backgrounds. One side spent years in semiconductor equipment sales and knows how production floors and equipment procurement actually work. The other worked in software on machine learning and knows software architecture and where it applies.

We both saw the same thing. Machine learning and large language models have advanced quickly, yet traditional manufacturing has barely adopted them. The technology is mature enough. The gap is that people who know the shop floor are not fluent in AI, and people fluent in AI have never worked in a factory. RAYPO exists to bridge those two.

We are our own first customer

None of our internal accounting, customer records or materials handling is done by hand. The system running them is one we wrote, on our own machines.

Accounting　Receipts, invoices and quotations are photographed and uploaded; the system reads the amount, date, vendor and tax ID and files them in a full-text searchable store. At filing time it produces the 401 input-voucher submission file and a matching spreadsheet directly, with no manual keying.

Customer records　Business cards are photographed and read automatically, after which the system looks up the company’s registration record and court judgements, and links cards sharing a tax ID or a name.

Materials　Parts, consumables and equipment are tracked in and out by the system, so current stock and where things went can be queried directly rather than living on paper or in somebody’s head.

Meeting records　Recordings are uploaded and turned into transcripts and dual-engine summaries. The summary separately lists what was unclear or contradictory in the recording, so it can be followed up.

Administrative work has to be cut to the bone, or there is no time left for the actual work. Using AI on ourselves is not a philosophy; it is a condition of survival.

Which is why, when a customer asks what adopting AI actually saves, we are not describing somebody else’s project.

Lin Chien-Heng　Software and flight

From the software industry, specialising in machine learning, with broad experience in software architecture and its applications. Holds a Remote Pilot Professional Certificate issued by Taiwan’s Civil Aeronautics Administration.

The person you talk to is the person who does the work. The same people handle a project from assessment through handover, with no hand-offs in between, and no gap between what sales promised and what engineering builds.
