  1. To answer enquiries you submit through the contact form or the AI assistant.
  2. To provide the product and service information you request.

3. Categories of personal data

  1. Provided by you: name, company name, email address, telephone number, and whatever you write in the form or in the assistant conversation.
  2. Generated automatically: page views, browser type, device type, referring URL. These fields do not directly identify you.

4. Period, territory, recipients and means of use

  • Period: from the date you provide the data until you request deletion or our business purpose ends.
  • Territory: Taiwan, and the data centre locations of the cloud providers we use.
  • Recipients: our internal staff responsible for replying. We do not disclose your data to third parties except where required by law or with your consent.
  • Means: stored as electronic records on our own servers and on cloud services provided by Cloudflare, Inc.

5. AI assistant

Replies from the assistant on this site are generated by an artificial intelligence model. Please note:

  1. Your question is sent to our own server for processing and may be forwarded to Google’s Gemini service to generate a reply.
  2. Conversations are retained on our own server and used to improve the assistant.
  3. Replies are AI generated, are for reference only, and do not constitute a contractual offer or professional advice.
  4. Please do not enter sensitive data such as national identification numbers or financial account numbers.

6. Cookies and analytics

This site uses two analytics tools:

  1. Cloudflare Web Analytics: uses no cookies, does not track individual users, and is active from the moment you arrive.
  2. Google Analytics 4: uses cookies to record usage behaviour. It loads only after you select “Accept” in the cookie banner. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies.

7. Your rights

Under Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, you may:

  1. Enquire about or request to review your data.
  2. Request a copy.
  3. Request supplementation or correction.
  4. Request that we cease collecting, processing or using the data.
  5. Request deletion.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details above. We will respond within thirty days of receiving your request.

8. Consequences of not providing data

You may choose not to provide personal data. However, without contact details we cannot reply to your enquiry.

9. Data security

We encrypt data in transit using HTTPS and restrict internal access. Transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed absolutely secure, and we cannot offer an absolute guarantee in this respect.

We may revise this policy at any time. Revisions are published on this page without individual notice.
